About Arrow Photography Art

'My first job as a photographer was on board a cruise ship and it was here that I got a taste for documenting previously unseen (at least to me) places and the people and wildlife that inhabit them.

The portraits amongst these photographs fall mainly in to two categories: The first half are candid in every sense, with the subject having no idea that they are being photographed. This results in a slice of 'real time' photography. The second half are more interesting still in that the subjects are posing for the camera but have no sense of self - doubt at all. If they pull a pose it oozes confidence.

This ease in front of the lens is something we English struggle with, and it is here that I find the challenge in encouraging and enabling a Wedding Couple to literally let loose and look amazing, and most of all, to find the fun in modelling.' - Kirstie
